I relocated to the upstate with a job change and the relocation company put my wife and I in touch with a local realtor, Julie Allen, to help us find our new home.
She was the opposite of what everyone told us a realtor would be in a relocation and the experience was fantastic. Julie was very knowledgeable of the housing market in the upstate and was able to show us many houses that met our interest. She was extremely kind and patient, and let us know from the beginning that we should not settle for anything short of our perfect home. Her goal was never to move us in to any home quickly, but to take the time to find the perfect home for us. She spent four Saturday's with us looking and never hurried us at all. Julie was completely honest when we asked any questions about homes that we looked at, even when it meant that we would most likely not want to purchase that home.
